For Razorpay payments, your financial information is processed securely by Razorpay and is not stored on our servers. By using Razorpay, you agree to their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier service.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are clearly displayed before you confirm your order. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For Razorpay payments, refunds will be initiated through Razorpay and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
